Before you reset your BlueAnt device, it is important to first remove the pairing information from your phone and refresh your phone's memory:
- Go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone.
- Delete any pairing information associated with your BlueAnt device.
- Now switch your phone off, wait for a few seconds, and then switch it back on again.
You are now ready to reset your BlueAnt device:
- If the Supertooth 3 is on, turn it off by holding down the green Multi-Function button for about 5 seconds (until you hear a voice announce "BlueAnt ST3 powering down").
- Hold down "Vol +" and the green Multi-Function button until you hear a loud siren/distinctive tone.
- The Supertooth 3 will turn on. Hold down the green Multi-Function button for about 5 seconds to turn it off again.
- The Supertooth 3 has now been reset: all pairing and other information has been deleted. When you turn the Supertooth 3 back on again it will prompt you to select a language and then go into pairing mode.
You will now need to pair your phone with your Supertooth 3.
